Muru went home with Paula to Finland when she was three
months old. She is getting along just fine with her three new bigger
sisters in Helsinki. I went to visit her in the summer of 2002, and I had
a great time with Muru, her owner, and other Cairnites in Finland.
Paula is very pleased with with her dog, even though
Muru has caused a lot of trouble and tense moments. Muru once chewed right
through an electrical wire and received a 220-volt shock. She even ate a
whole squeekie toy that came out the other end in perfect condition. Well,
things happen if you own a Cairn Terrier. I am sure Muru will survive a
couple of years more.
